1 This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence imposed upon Appellant, Jason David Kearns, after he was convicted in a jury trial of involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, escape and resisting arrest. Appellants counsel, the Public Defenders Office of Crawford County, has filed a petition to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 368 U.S. 738 (1967), and Commonwealth v. McClendon, 434 A.2d 1185 (Pa. 1981). After reviewing counsels submissions and the certified record, we deny counsels petition to withdraw and remand for the filing of an advocates brief and completion of the record.
